Shipping is via Australia Post or courier.
Orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days of payment being processed or order being received ( for approved customers on COD or account)
Cost is based on the destination postcode and weight ofthe items being purchased. There is a shipping estimator function built into the shopping cart to help determine the exect shipping cost for an order.

Please do choose carefully!! If however you are unhappy with your product you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit (minus postage expenses) .Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.This is provided the goods have not been opened or used and all seals and containers are intact.

For Money orders or Cheques please print off the order confirmation email and post it along with your payment.(Orders will not be shipped until payment is cleared)
